The Chief Executive Officer of Kofi Vinyo & Company Limited (KVCL), Mr. Kofi Vinyo, has once again demonstrated his commitment to community welfare by donating ten (10) 24-inch television sets valued at GH₵ 2,000 to the Sunyani Regional Hospital.
The donation forms part of KVCL’s ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at improving the wellbeing of communities within the Bono Region and beyond.
Speaking during the presentation, Mr. Vinyo explained that the gesture was inspired by a visit to the hospital where he observed that only staff had access to television sets, leaving patients without entertainment or engagement during their stay.
“When patients watch TV, it facilitates the healing process. It helps them relax, stay informed, and recover faster,”
Mr. Vinyo said, assuring the hospital management that KVCL will continue to support local health institutions as part of its commitment to social development.
Mr. Abraham Asare-Bediako, Head of Administration at the Sunyani Regional Hospital, who received the items, expressed profound gratitude to KVCL for the thoughtful donation, describing it as a timely and impactful contribution to patient care.
This act of generosity underscores KVCL’s broader philosophy — that business success and social responsibility go hand in hand.
Through such interventions, KVCL continues to invest in health, education, and community welfare to build a better and more inclusive society.
